Full-Bleed Color Printing
WORKiO® color MFP's can handle a variety of paper sizes including oversized paper, up to full-bleed tabloid, as well as a wide range of printing media such as thick paper or heavyweight paper, coated glossy, and transparencies.

Panasonic Document Management System (P-DMS)
PDM-S software streamlines all of the users scanned documents easily and efficiently regardless of the file formats. All of the Panasonic-DMS capabilities can be performed with a simple "drag and drop" operation. Network file sharing and network file storage is possible for efficient document workflow. The "Save As" function enables documents to be saved in PDF format. Panasonic-DMS comes standard with most of the WORKiO digital imaging.

Standard Duplexing and Automatic Document Feeder
The high speed duplex copying feature enables single and double-sided originals without compromising the machines copy speed. Copying from the platen glass allows users to keep documents such as books and magazines in proper reading spreads/order

Versatile Copying Features
WORKiO color MFP's include a feature that automatically determines if an original is color or black and white. In addition, preset original types exist to match the most commonly used documents such as printed, color copied, highlighter marks, magazine photos, maps, and inkjet documents. Color balancing, sharpness, saturation, density, color shift, contract and background suppression are also featured enabling custom tailored output.

Multi-Protocol & Multi-Client Design
The built-in 10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet controller provides WORKiO color MFP's with a multi-protocol (TCP/IP, NetWare, EtherTalk, NetBEUI, etc.) and multi-client (Windows®, Macintosh, etc.) design that can be plugged right into just about any office network.

Print from Email & Scan-to-Email
Send an email with an attachment (TIFF or PDF format) to one of the WORKiO color MFP's and the attachment can be printed without the need for the original application. The optional "Scan-to-Email" feature makes it easy to convert paper documents into TIFF, JPEG, or PDF format image data. They can then be sent as email attachments directly from one of the WORKiO color MFP's.

Consistent Color
Consistent color from the first to last page is achieved through a variety of technologies including some that compensate for changes in temperature and humidity, wear and tear on parts between maintenance intervals, and more. Adjustments are made at system start up as well as pre-defined periods throughout operation to ensure the highest possible quality and consistency.

Scan-to-Mailbox
Scanned data can be stored in the user's mailbox, enabling images to be downloaded to the client PC using any TWAIN compliment application. The documents can then be accessed and viewed virtually anywhere by using any standard web browser.

Secure Printing
When the need to print confidential documents occurs, the print data can be temporarily stored in the printer's memory. The documents can then be printed later using the intuitive touch panel.

Intuitive Printer Driver Control
The graphical printer driver screen makes it easy to use a WORKiO color MFP directly from the users desktop. The intuitive controls allow user customization settings for virtually any document with a graphical preview of the changes, taking the guesswork out of printing.

Web-Based Utilities
Most WORKiO color MFP's are equipped with a built-in web server, which enables users to send print jobs without the print driver, retrieve scan jobs, view the current job and /or machine status, set paper tray attributes, as well as setup the various supported network environments right form a standard web browser.

Network Printer Utilities
Most WORKiO color MFP's have SMB (Server Message Block) design which allows the machine to function as a Windows-shared printer without worrying about the IP address changing. Users can access the printer directly from their desktop by using any standard web browser enabling printer setup and print job management. WORKiO color MFP's can output PCL 6 or genuine Adobe® PostScript® 3™ data allowing compatibility with all current applications.

High Quality Output Resolution
Color prints are reproduced at 600 x 600 dpi and data processing is performed using ultra-high 1200 x 1200 dpi internal resolution to ensure that both high resolution and fine gradation can be maintained. Output of black and white documents aren't sacrificed with superior 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution for everyday office output.

Versatile Scanning Selections
Users can choose from four scanning resolutions (600 x 600, 400, 300 and 200 dpi). Files can be scanned in JPEG, TIFF or PDF* format seamlessly into Panasonic-DMS software or for inclusion into industry standard document management applications. All the features used for copying are available during scanning such as; mixed originals, 2-sided originals, scanned image size, reduction/enlargement, book scanning, edge erasing, contrast adjustments and compression method. (Direct PDF scanning requires optional Scan-to-Email Kit.)

Touch-Screen Control Panel
WORKiO color MFP's are equipped with an easy-to-use touch-screen control panel which provides quick access and intuitive operation. Users can take advantage of professional copying and scanning capabilities with minimal training.

Ultra-Fine Emulsion Aggregation
Ultra-fine emulsion aggregation toner particles assure razor sharp lines and details, delivering state-of-the-art prints with color reproduction and fidelity that rivals those produced by professional DTP systems. The "oil-less" fusing technology allows users to write directly on the output with a highlighter or pen due to the "oil-less" fusing technology.

Easy-to-Maintain Design
Color toner cartridges and each drum cartridge can be changed independently; when one runs out, only that cartridge has to be replaced. Front panel access makes changing cartridges quick and easy.
